Do you charge commission on orders?
No. Unlike the delivery apps, we never take a percentage of your orders. You pay the fixed monthly fee — everything you sell is yours.
Does it work with my kitchen printer?
Yes — the platform supports standard ESC/POS thermal printers (Epson, Star and compatibles). We configure it during setup.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes. The admin panel lets you add items, change prices, mark things sold out and run discounts — instantly, with no technical knowledge.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (or we can design one from £195), your menu or content, a few photos and access to your domain. If you don't have a domain or hosting yet, we'll register and set them up with you.
How do I pay?
Order online and we'll confirm the details, then take payment securely by card. The monthly fee starts when your site goes live — not before.
