Do guests need to download an app?
No. The menu opens instantly in the phone's browser when they scan the code — nothing to install.
What if a guest's phone won't scan?
Every code has a short web address printed beneath it, and you can always keep a couple of printed menus as backup.
Can we update the menu ourselves?
Yes — the admin panel edits items, prices, photos and allergens instantly. No reprints, no waiting on us.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (or we can design one from £195), your menu or content, a few photos and access to your domain. If you don't have a domain or hosting yet, we'll register and set them up with you.
How do I pay?
Order online and we'll confirm the details, then take payment securely by card. The monthly fee starts when your site goes live — not before.
